Abstract:
This article explores the integration of Open Educational Resources (OER) within higher education through the lenses of organizational culture and development. Drawing on existing literature, this paper critically examines the relevance of OER for institutions, utilizing well-established models in the field. By addressing the often-overlooked interplay between OER and organizational dynamics, this article highlights pathways for innovation in academic environments, while suggesting directions for future research.
