Abstract:
The regulation of generative AI is handled very differently by German universities of applied sciences. The authors‘ detailed investigation shows that the recommendations made so far need to address the emerging application practice much more broadly and require more binding – and thus lessen the burden and promote freedom of teaching and research – university law regulation.
