Abstract:
The QM system for doctoral affairs at KIT is presented as a practical report. It explains the process of integrating the QM structures into the institutional structures of KIT, the evaluation processes and follow-up structures as well as the roles and responsibilities in the PDCA cycle for doctoral researchers at KIT. Using the example of QM reporting, it is shown how the evaluation results are used to check the achievement of quality goals in the doctoral system and how possible fields of action for follow-up measures are generated from the results.
