Abstract:
Early career researchers require tailored support in order to be successful in competing for funding formats and professorships on the one hand, and to remain with the current organization as highly skilled employees on the other. This article presents a career development program for postdocs and shows how individual and strategic personnel development tailored to the needs and goals of the target group can succeed.
