Evidenznutzung in der Qualitätsentwicklung von Studium und Lehre – zwischen Formalisierung und gelebter Praxis
Abstract:
This article analyses how German universities use survey- and process-based data in teaching and learning governance. Drawing on 34 examples from 23 qualitative interviews at 14 HEI, it reconstructs three ideal-typical constellations of evidence use – central, decentralized, and hybrid – linked to steering architectures. The findings suggest that no single usage constellation is universally superior: centralization increases the likelihood of impact, but at the same time is not a sufficient condition.
