Abstract:
Health promotion is not only an important topic for large universities. Even small institutions systematically look after the health of their employees and students in order to react to the increasing stress in the world of work and in everyday student life. Despite the small organization team, the University of Ulm offers a variety of innovative, low-threshold and target group-specific campaigns in health promotion and works in a goal-oriented and systematic manner. The department of university sports and company health management at the University of Ulm also sees itself as an important institution for non-formal education and represents a place of integration, networking and exchange. The aim of the article is to show that even small institutions with limited resources can make a significant contribution to health promotion and contribute to the satisfaction and well-being of employees and students.
