Abstract:
Sexualised harassment, discrimination and violence in the university context is a current challenge in the academic system that is becoming increasingly important. In addition to those affected and those responsible for the offence, there are often (several) bystanders in such situations who notice something and could intervene, but do nothing. In most cases, they lack the knowledge and skills to intervene. There is a need to develop appropriate measures. An example is given of what a programme for bystanders could look like.
