Abstract:
In this interview, Christina Reinhardt and Katja Keller discuss the inception, introduction, and broader implementation of coworking spaces, desk sharing, and location-flexible work at the RUB. The interview does not follow the usual question-and-answer format; instead, Christina Reinhardt and Katja Keller use discussion prompts to describe how they came to introduce the aforementioned New Work concepts at the RUB, how the implementation process – including the change management aspect – unfolded, which design aspects played a role, and what experiences they gained along the way.
